I’ve had mine for 21/2 years and no problems idk what you got or how you charged or maintained your scooter but mine out the box to date runs perfect charges perfect 100% every single time unfortunately my friend you may have got a lemon or one out of the factory that just does not work happens, but all the product is bad so don’t bash the product just because you got screwed

Is the screen 1080p? Did you say a touchscreen? Found a tossed out R 14 to-day, not sure if it works yet. Think it has an M.2 / NvME, but not sure what capacity. How well does Win 10 run on the R 14? I've had the XR Elite Max for a couple of months now. It's rated for 18 miles and I get between 10 and 11 and I weigh about 175lbs. The mileage rating on these scooters is HIGHLY dependent on your weight. I like the performance, but we'll see about the battery duration. I bought the 4 year extended warranty at Walmart for $77 which does not appear to exclude the battery.

I had problems with my g2 plus i had only had it six days bought it new from walmart customer service was horrible.You don't have to take my word for it but look up BBB rating of gotrax they rated them F.You can look it up on google.
